Subject: Hello Dear.
Dearest one,
My name is Miss Elisabeth Balma. I hail from Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire. I am the only surviving daughter of my late parents Mr. and Mrs. Balma I have a problem which i think if i explain to you, you might be of assistance to me. I will need your assistance for the transfer of the sum of US $10.5m (Ten million five hundred thousand USD)
This fund was deposited in one of the leading banks here by my late dad and my name was written and signed as the next of kin to this fund. I am now ready to transfer it outside of this country for investment purpose and also to leave this country at once because of the unstable political status here.
I need your assistance to manipulate this transaction, since i am still too tender to handle such transaction involving so much money.
If you are willing to assist me, please contact me for further details. This is a risk free proposal. If you are not interested, please do not bother to contact me.
Best regards, Elisa
