Finance and we have to arranged with a security company who shipped the
funds( 75 Million US$ ) out of Benin Republic in 2 boxes as A DIPLOMATIC CONSIGNMENT to Belguim.
Now we don't need your account to transfer this money but we want you
to travel to Belguim to take delivery of the consignmernt.
If you can not travel to Belguim, the security company can as well ship
it to your country and the diplomat that will be coming with the consignment will contact you on arrival in your country.
