This is as a regard to your interest shown to our proposal of wanting to work with us as our regional manager in your region. Note that as a regional manager of our company, we would like to know if you would be able to meet with what the company demands and the duties of a regional manager for Tros in your locality.which includes:
(1) A strong commitment to health and safety - at Tros Company Limited we believe in safety.
(2) A commitment to delivering what you promise.
(3) A passion for change and innovative thinking.
(4) The ability to communicate well and build good relationship.
(5) The ability to set up and furnish an office space for Tros Ltd in your locality. The cost of the office set up will be paid by Tros Limited.
(6) To liaise with the Financial client/consultant for funds in the rental and purchase of office/warehouse equipments and other accesories and furniture.
(7) To keep a detailed account of all stocks and valuables held in trust.
(8) Write a report on your performance on a monthly basis.
(9) To keep the directors advised as to the financial condition and future market needs of the region, and to prepare and submit an annual budget for the region.
(10)To perform such other and additional duties as the board of directors may require.
(11)Follow written policy set by the Company. The regional Manager shall only set emergency policy.
(12)The regional manager shall enter into no contracts or purchase agreements in excess of the amount authorized by Tros Ltd. except by prior approval of the Head office as mandated by and with the exceptions contained.
(13)Make yourself available for consultation with customers that are willing to make orders and payments at all times.
(14)The regional manager shall within sixty days from the end of each fiscal year cause to be published a financial report showing the result of operations for the preceding fiscal year and the financial status of the region on the last day thereof.
If you know you would be able to meet up with what we demand from you, a file will be opened for you by the company and a regional code will be given to you by our export agent for the shipments of our products after a Memerandom Of Understanding (MOU) has been reached between you and Tros Company Ltd.
