Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

being whose desire on earth is to sound positive and be serious.So trust
me.As soon as the transaction commenced,you will see the transparency
involved.
The records are there and my letter to you explained it all.
I am higly incapacitated to have this fund transfered from my commission
except that i use a foreigner .
To do this i needd to ensure that we go through all laid down proceedures by
incorporating you here as a foreign contractor and register you also as a
contractor with The Federal Ministry of Agriculture under category 'C' where
application will be made stating the nature and mode of contract which you
executed for the Agric. ministry in 2002 and still awaiting payment.
This will be after my commission might have recommended your payment.
Note also that,all the approvals have to be on your name,hence you have to
send your full name and adress.Your company name (if any)and of course the
nominated account you wish.
Do'nt forget also that for sake of effective communication,your Personal
tel.and fax nos will be required also .
I will be glad to have you to assisting us.
