Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Dear Sir,

I am Mr.Kelvin Mensah a representative of many groups of Local Miners
of Gold Dust in Tarkwa Western Region Ghana. This
Miners Mine on there private Lands with Groude
implements and usually get small quantities. They are
known as "Galansey" and had past been selling their
products to local buyers who reap them off by buying
at a very low price.

Inview of their experience they have come together
with the aim of contributing their products for sale
internationally to achieve better selling conditions
against what local buyers usually give to them. Their
Gold Dust is 23.77 carats with 92% purity.

This Group need a good investor who can come over
and view our product and our mining site so he will
understand that we need to export this gold and
import mining impliments for our land and to get enough
gold with the mining machines, we need a good businessman
who knew what it mean to be in joint business with our group.
