"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Blessing to you Dear Sir/Madam,


I am Barrister Daniel Da Silva Esq, lawyer to Mrs Lucy Smith who has been
very ill and doctor made her to understand that he was going to die which
she has Usd$ 15,000,000 in a dormant account.

Now she has a daughter aged 14 whose name is Christy Smith who lost her
husband in a motor accident 4 years ago and now sick with Cancer of the
Breast which he has suffering this for 8 years now.

As nature will have it she is to die according to doctors report in 1 year
time which she wants who could manager funds and also invest for the future
of her daughter being her only dreams.

To be precise she said you as the next of Kin will benefit 30 percent from
this funds in question.

Be also informed that the funds is in one of British bank account.

After several discussion with the bank manager the bank has accepeted to pay
you by issuing a draft to you to cash in three working days or a by bank
transfer but if you prefer that you claim the funds by cash via diplomatic
courier means to your home please also advice and assist Mrs Lucy Smith from
this predicament.

NOTE: The draft will also be sent to you for you to verify it with your bank
first before sending the orignal copy
