Dear Sir.
I had no other means of informing you before sending you this mail, pls understand. I am Mr. Joseph Milton, and my mother is Mrs. Elizebeth Albert Milton, we are citizens of Sierra-Leone, from BO districts north of Freetown, Sierra Leone. We are writing you from the United Nation's refugee camp in Buduburam, central region of ghana, where we have been since year 2000 after we fled our native country because of civil war.
We have some funds, twenty-one million United States dollars (US $21m) which we want to invest with you abroad. The fund was deposited in a trust company in Accra Ghana by my late father a former Deputy Minister in President Tejan Kabbah government. Because of frequent crisis and war in Africa, we want to invest the fund abroad in a very stable business country. Or when the fund is transfered to you, then you would advise us on the best way to utilize it.
Before the death of my late father He warned that we should not make any investment with this Fund ($21m) in any african country because of the political instability that has engulfed the continent. And again that Me, My Mother and a Foreign partner must accompany to the Trust company to sign-off the release of the Fund. Because of this my Mother and I have decided to appeal for your expatriate support as our Foreign Partner to move this fund out of Ghana to your country for investment.
We have agreed that at the end of the transaction (ie) after the money has been moved from the Trust & Finance company were the Funds are being deposited, My Mother and I will give you 20% share of the investment holding and 10% to charity. This will be under a proper agreement signed and sealed between you and ourselves.
We appeal you consider this little offer and get back to us at as soon as possible..
