I am Engr. Dan Etete Jnr, the chairman of the reconstituted commission of enquiry inaugurated on the 20th of February, 2004 whose duties are as follows: to confirm and make payments to legitimate contractors, look into the finances, contract awarded and management of the Nigerian national petroleum Corporation – NNPC. I got your contact after a careful study of your country’s business/trade directory on the internet.
I wish to solicit your good assistance and to position you as one of the foreign Federal Contractors whose payment was not made after the completion of the contract awarded your firm 2001 as a result of your refusal/failure to away with 20% of the contract sum to the NNPC top officials because it is against my religion. Upon acceptance, I shall forward to you all documents (format) with which you will make an application to our commission for payments, contract number will be allocated to you.
