"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Bishop Daniel Adwok,the Auxiliary Bishop of Khartoum here in Sudan. I am an Executor of the WILL of the Late Archbishop Agostino Baroni,the Late Archbishop Emeritus of Khartoum Sudan who dead on the 10th of November 2001.

Before his death, he stipulated in his WILL that some certain amount of money should be given to some churches in overseas who have shown their zeal and will for the propagation of the Gospel.

As an executor of the WILL,I am contacting you on trust and as a fellow Christian, to stand as a beneficiaries so that the funds can be release to you over there in overseas. The total deposited amount is Six Million, Seven Hundred United States Dollars($6.7, 000, 000.00) and this fund in question is being deposited with a firm in Europe. Due to the crises here in my country, I can not bring in this fund into my country to avoid the government using the fund for themselves.

This is the reason why I am counting you to stand as the beneficiary for immediate claim of the fund and you will share part of the fund among the churches in overseas who have shown their zeal and will for the propagation of the Gospel while the remaining part will be shared between us.The vital documents of deposit and claim will be processed in your name to reflect you as the beneficiary so that you will be eligible to claim the fund.
