"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

As a result of the political instability of Sierra-Leone, my late father came to Accra Ghana with the sum of USD 12,000.000 (US$12m),45,550carat diamond,and 10 kilo of gold which is West Africa for security reasons .
I am here seeking for an avenue to transfer this money to a reliable and trustworthy individual for investment programmes. I am here as a refugee because of the political crisis in my Country Sierra Leone. Please I would offer you 20% of the total sum of USD12m and other valuable items for your assistance. Please I need to transfer this money with the valuable items urgently because delay would not help at all and I need to relocate based on the political instability in this sub-region, to enable me continue my education because i was medical student before the sudden Death of my father.
