Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

The ticket is from the draw of the New Mexico Lottery programs held on the 17th of January, 2006 in Melbourne, Australia. Where ticket number: 22-48-67-88-53 was announced the winner in the 2nd category.
The unclaimed ticket has been approved to claim a total sum of 18.5Million Euros (EIGHTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS) in cash. This is from a total cash prize of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS), shared amongst the first hundred (5) lucky winners in this category.
I and my colleagues have decided to input you as the winner of the ticket holder 22-48-67-88-53 for the claim. Every legal process to claiming would be followed so as not to bridge any law guiding the lottery board.
