Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

staff of Hongfushi Textile Company, Shenzhen, China.
Our company deals in textiles manufactured in Asia and we export same to
North America (United States, Canada and the Carribeans). We are currently
short of staff on the ground and hence, we urgently require individuals who
will be willing to become representatives of our company in their areas. All
you will be required to do for now is to track our customers who have
received goods from us, and retrieve outstanding payments from them, on
behalf of the company.
Be rest assured that you will not need to quit your present employment and
you will be entitled to an agency fee of at least 10% of the total amount
collected.
