Subject: Re: Did you receive our last mail?
Dear Patricia K. Holder,
We told you in our last mail that we would be responsible for that payment
since you cannot make it to South Africa. Personally I am very surprise that
you are still complaining about the payment of an Attorney which has been
taken care of by our department.
Your application has been confirmed by the bank and they would contact you
for your payment like I told you eelier in the nest two working days.
Kindly inform us as soon as you have been paid for our record.
Regards,
M K.Lawrence.
