I am the personal attorney to Mrs.Joyce Lake, a nationality of Corte Madera,
California, who was a top Frank Howard Allen Realtors and also an avid
community volunteer and a world traveler. Here in after shall be referred to
as my client.
On the 31st January, 2000, my client,and her husband Ronald Lake were
involved in air-plane crash. All occupants of the Alaska Airlines Flight 261

Since then I have made several enquiries to embassys around to locate any of
my clients extended relatives this has also proved unsuccessful.And I have
sent letter to the address of my client but never recieved a response.
After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to track his
last name over the Internet to locate any member of his family hence It
wasn't successfull,and I have contacted you having in mind that you might
not know her, but with your personality and position as a forigener, we can

the bank and country where these huge deposits were lodged.
Particularly,African Development Bank in Africa, where the deceased had an
account valued at about Eight Million United states Dollars (US$8M) whom
have severally issued me a notice to provide the Next of Kin or have the
account confiscated to the Government funds.
Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 4 years
now I seek your consent to present you as the Next of Kin of the deceased
since you a foriegn body, so that the proceeds of this account valued at
(US$8M)can be paid to you and then you and me can share the money. 70% to me
and 30% to you I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back
up any claim to be made.
All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us in seeing this deal
through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate
