Hello,
I am James Philips a Barrister and Solicitor to a deceased Immigrant engineer and
property magnate who was based in the U.K., Also referred to as my client.
On the 25th of July 2000, my client, his wife and their two Children died in the Air
France concord plane crash bound for New York in their plan for a world cruise,

Before his death, I have managed his properties/estate here in the U.K. Prior to
his death, he did instructed me to put some of his properties out for sale. These
were bought and paid for after his death. I monitored the payment of these as his
