Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

I am Mr. Peter Itsekiri, the Sales Officer of ITSEKIRI CRUDE OIL SERVICES, we are consultants/agents to multi-national and international oil prospecting and production companies operating in Nigeria and abroad, We write to make enquires if your company or a company that you source for or represent as a crude oil merchant, will be interested in buying tanker loads of Nigerian Crude oil (Nigeria Crude Bonny Light/Escravos Brent Crude oil) in large quantity.

All transaction will be done on a legitimate ground and all legal business protocol will be in place and no upfront payments of any form or charges until the completion of transaction subject to terms of agreement by both parties
