b;We shall present you as the benefactor to the contract sum as debt

owed to your company by PPMC, Ministry of petroleum Resources.
c;To act by correspondence with the Ministries responsible to the funds
approval and transfer,with guideline from us here.
(2) Advise us on lucrative areas for investment
(3) Assist us in purchase of properties.
If you decide to render your service to us in
this regard, 30% of the total sum of USD45m will be for you.
