the reason that i need a foriegn partner.
I have the amount of US$15.5 Million dollars ready for investment as
soon as the fund is transfered out of Africa. I am a formal revenue
director in the ministry in Ivory Coast, I will not be meeting with you now
because i am in a critical condition, therefore i will send my son
along with instructions to Senegal where these fund is deposited in a
security company due to the war in my country.
