Attention Sir /Madam
I received very encouraging information about you and how trustworthy
you are. I am delighted with such useful information. I am interested
in a partnership investment programmed with your self/corporation.
Firstly, my apologies for this intrusion on your privacy.permit me to
introduce myself as Dr. Jackson Gaius Obaseki Ex - Group managing
director with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) from
June 1999/2003. Under the present Democratic President of Nigeria
Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. Acting in my capacity, i awarded an irrigation
contract to a Portuguese firm worth hundreds millions of United States
Dollars. In the execution of the project the Portuguese firm discovered
a colossal amount of limestone in two of the sites. I collaborated with
the firm in a mutual agreement as regards the proceeds of which i have
now received my share of exactly $11.5 million USD, which i have
decided to process and move into your bank account.
As a Ex - Group managing director (NNPC) I cannot introduce or
circulate this amount into the Nigerian banking system considering my
provisional duty as a Group managing director, my earning less than
$2,000 equivalent of Naira (our local currency) and the strict
stipulations of the Bureau of conduct guidelines and regulations for
Public/Civil servants. The above situation prompted my decision to
solicit your co-operation to take delivery of the funds into your
custody for my proposed investment, as you will be adequately
compensated with $2 million USD.
This matter requires your urgent attention, confidentiality and
