DEAR SIR/MADAM,
This bussiness proposal may come to you as a suprise, but may i introduce
myself to you .
I am barrister Musa ibrahim [san] the attorney to the inspector general of
police ALHAJI TAFA BALOGUN who was retired by the President General Olsegun
Aremu Obasanjo on the 15th day of JANUARY 2005.
He Deposited the sum of $15,000,000 USD with Standard Bank of Nigeria
Limited,meanwhile he have been arrested and is under probe by the economic
financial crime [EFCC].
I am looking for a foreign individual or firm that will help me transfer
this money to her nominated account for safe keeping.
