Dear Prize Winner,

was recently been hacked into, as a result has caused a change in my email
address.
Kindly seize all communication to my previous email address, and send
further email correspondence to this email address. We do sincerely
apologise for this slight inconvenience and await your prompt response to
confirm receipt of this email.
Remember your reference and Batch numbers, remember to quote these numbers
in every one of your correspondence with your claims agent/Company.
