Subject: URGENT.
Sir/Madam
I send this mail to you with due respect. Claude seka is my name,am the
secretary to the Honorable Minister of finance in Ivory coast
(Abijdan),am presently here in Europe searching for an investor who is capable of
handling this transaction.
I want to confirm, if you can collect on behalf of my boss the sum of
$18,000,000 million in your country, the depositor cannot be traced for
some years now by the contract approval department of the coffee
exporting, before the war.
If you can work with us in this business, please do send your full
address and contact phone number for discussion on how to transfer the
money to your care, and also to discuss on your commission as my boss
the honourable minister due to his position is not disposed to act
publicly in matters of this nature and as such am acting on his behalf
with his absolute approval
