"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: WE NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE SAVE OUR SOUL.

Mrs. Grizelda Tina Akharwaray.
Johannesburg, South Africa.
Email: grizelda@earthalliance.com

Dear Sir/Ma,

WE NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE SAVE OUR SOUL.

Our life is at stake please kindly come to our aid, I am a widow by the sudden death of my husband who died nine months ago of heart attack. He left four kids with me and we our lives are being threatened by his brothers and sisters. Before my husband's death, he was a successful businessman, a Gold and Diamond Licensed Agent in South Africa. Although his main source of the Diamond was Botswana and Sierra Leone because he was licensed as an Agent there.

He made me understand while on his sick bed that he deposited US$36,000,000.00 (Thirty six Million United States Dollars only) from the sales of Diamond and deposited the money in a Security Company here in Johannesburg since his immediate plan was to use the money to build a factory. We want this money shipped out of South Africa in your name because his brothers and sisters collaborated and took away all his belongings and this is the only thing we can lay our hands on, they have taken all other of his properties from us.

We want you to help us by accepting that your name be used in shipping the consignment and traveling to the part of European Country where the Diplomat who out of pity decided to help us and ship the consignment through a Diplomatic Courier Company to Europe with his diplomatic immunity.

If you can assist us, we will be pleased to offer to you 1/4 of the total money, you will provide us your full name, address, phone and fax number so that this can be used in the shipment of the consignment out from here.
Kindly assist us to save this our only hope and save our soul so that we can be able to relocate from here a safer place outside South Africa.

Extend our warm regards to your entire family.

Thank you and God bless.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs. Grizelda Tina Akharwaray.
