We wish to draw your attention to our company activities, Phillips Consults
a consultant firm,we represent a net work of Client who has fund for investment.
It's interesting bringing to your knowledge the request of our client who
mandated us to source for a reliable consultant, investor, partner, company
or individual that has a good proposals of highly yielding venture of which
they are ready to work with in a long term period. The fund available for
investment has been floating and lying dormant in a Security/Finance Institution
which was realized on an abandoned project payment , awaiting for whoever
that has a good idea of what it will be used for, that will be yielding
dividend accordingly, or it can be invested directly into a company to expand
its operations, or be shared among the parties involved after its withdrawal
and even better still can be used in the establishment of a new company
in your country.
Just for quint your curiosity of how this money came about and why it is
being intended to be used for investment abroad by you, it was discovered
by the Chairman, Contract Award Reviews and Verification Panel set up by
the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
(NNPC) during the panel's verification exercise of the above they had come
across an abandoned inflated contract sum of money on Contract No:FGN/SCIAC/NG/2506/FME/2002
by an Indian company valued at sum of US$10,4m(Ten Million, Five Hundred
Thousand United States Dollars).
This contract was awarded in 1 October, 2002 and completed in December,
same year, and the original contractor has since been paid his contract
sum leaving the over-inflated sum of US$10,4m(Ten Million, Five Hundred
Thousand United States Dollars) in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and
it has been there since 2002 until the recent discovery by the PANEL.
The Panel being aware that they cannot be able to lay hands on this money
themselves therefore decided to seek for the assistance of a reliable foreign
partner into whose account the fund will be transferred into from the CBN
for their own use and investments which they shall rely upon their retirement.
The transfer documents and of the above mentioned sum of money shall be
obtained on your name and favour, to empower you to be the SUB-CONTRACTOR
to the previous original contractors and as the legal beneficiary of the
contract and the sum to be transferred.
NOTE: More information shall be given to you on your response to this call
for Investing and securing your future and those of others involved in this
project on the successful withdrawal of this money by you. You are also
notified here that you are not required to invest nor put in your money
into this project, but rather to play an active rule in the provision of
your ideas, where and what kind of business that shall engaged into by clients
in your country.
