"STARPEAK LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL / STARPEAK TRUST AGENCY (Edward Baker, Ruth E.Banks)" are labels used by a gang of fake lottery scammers in the UK and probably Nigeria for an Advance Fee Fraud (419 scam).
