"HERITAGE TRUST AGENCY BV (MR OWEN LAAK, Donna Helim)" is the fake identity used by one Nigerian gang of advance fee fraud ("419") scammers operating in the Netherlands.
All phone numbers used in the scam are mobile numbers, all emails addresses are free webmail accounts.
