"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: RE: YOU RECEIVE 1 UNREAD MESSAGE.

 DEAR BELOVED.
Our humble greeting! I know that this mail might be a surprise to you. Please bring your attention to read this message with sympathetic mind. My name is Loran TOURE and my sister's name is Malik TOURE. We are the children of (Late Chief) Dr. Soro TOURE from Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire, West Africa. Our late father was the formal minister of importation and exportation of petroleum and mineral resources. It's very sad to say that during one of our late father business trip in Damascus Syria, he was among the ministers killed and murdered in cold blood with chemical gas weapon by the ruling government agents of President Bashar al-Assad during the Syrian political civil war because of his support and sympathy for the Syrian opposition party.
Furthermore, we would like to know about you and discuss investment issue with you. I wish to let you know that we will be interested to invest in your country under your managements. Nevertheless, We have inherited fund US$9.5 Million (Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollar) which our late father deposited in one of the investment banks before he died in a private hospital because of the chemical gas attack that affected him in August in Damascus Syria while our mother died when we are still kids so we never knew our mother. Now we are alone in this strange world without parents or guidians at our tender ages. Please we are in a sincere desire of your humble assistance both for the transfer of this money to your country for investments and to bring us in your country to continue our education.
Many thanks if you can be able to assist or help us to solve this problem we found ourselves, we would be happy to compensate you with 30% of the total money after you have helped us transfer the money successfully into your bank account. I will give you more details only if you will be interested to assist us. Please your suggestions and ideas will be highly appreciated. NOTE: In case you are interested to assist us kindly reply us urgently through our private email address here (l.m.t2000@Safe-mail.net) and call us on telephone +22555330249 for more explanations and informations. Thanks and God bless you as we shall be waiting to read a consideration mail from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Loran and Malik TOURE.
