Subject: Diplomat Details/Urgent
We have solicited the services of a Diplomat. His duty, we told him, will be to help us transport a sealed luggage of “photo re-active graphic sheets” out of Hong Kong. We have told him the luggage contains highly “photo re-active graphic sheets” used for printing images in solar plates that are used for research. This is so, because my attorneys advised that we must not disclose to the diplomat that the luggage contains US$49 million in cash. Meaning, the diplomat is/will not be aware of the true contents in the luggage. This diplomat has been chosen because he has highly placed diplomatic friends and consular officers in Hong Kong, and United States itself. So he will be solely responsible for transporting the luggage from Hong Kong (via London) to the United States of America
Secondly, the funds have been paid out in cash by on Thursday last week to my team of attorneys who where already standing on your behalf here in Hong Kong. They collected this money in cash from our ICBC office here in Hong .We made arrangements to have the cash neatly packaged and stacked in the luggage. The luggage been taken to the United Kingdom Embassy here in Hong Kong. Our financial consultant has already made arrangements with UK Embassy Chief Consular Officer to have luggage sealed-up with a diplomatic seal once my attorneys get it there.
I am taking my time to explain the line of procedures to you because it is essential that we have transparency in what we are about to do. In addition, it is very vital that you understand the legality and legitimacy behind all this. What we have done has been scrutinized and reviewed by my team of attorneys. They have considered both United Kingdom laws and USA laws and we do not in anyway stand legal implications in the negative sense. We have the guarantee that with the diplomatic seal on the luggage, it will get to you safe and much more swiftly we are taking every care to be within the limits of local and international laws. We do not intend to break any laws by omission or commission. That we must not do.
Finally, understand that the diplomat have been provided with all your contact details and should be calling you as soon as he torched down in the united states hence I advice that you commence all possible arrangement to meet up in their office to take delivery of this safe cash volt, more so I expect that you acknowledge receipt of the prove of funds certificate I sent to you as an attachment
