"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

DEAR BELOVED.
Our humble greeting! I know that this mail might be a surprise to you.
Please bring your attention to read this message with sympathetic mind. My
name is Vodum JACQUES and my sister's name is Malik JACQUES. We are the
children of late Dr. Soro JACQUES from Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire, (Ivory
Coast). Our late father was the General Manager of Cocoa Merchant Industry
here in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire. It's very sad to say that our father was
among the rich agriculturist killed and murdered in cold blood by the
agents of the former government of President Laurent Gbagbo during the
political crisis / war because of his support and sympathy for opposition
party (Rassemblement Des Républicains) de Côtes d'Ivoire (RDR). Our mother
at the other hand, died when we are still a baby and ever since then, our
father has been the only person to have participated in our life. He was a
good father and he took us so special. We are still younger and a
university undergraduate and we really do not know what to do. This is
because we have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of political
crisis here in Côtes d'Ivoire. The death of our father actually brought
sorrow and miserable to our life.

Furthermore, we would like to know about you and discuss investment issue
with you, I wish to let you know that we will be interested to invest in
your country under your managements. Nevertheless, We have inherited Fund
US$9.5 Million (Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollar)
which our late father deposited in one of the investment banks here in
Abidjan, Côtes d'Ivoire before he died. Again we are in a sincere desire
of your humble assistance both for the transfer of this money to your
country for investments and to bring us in your country to continue our
education.

Many thanks if you can be able to help us solve this problem we found
ourselves, we would compensate you with 20% of the total money after you
have helped us transfer the money successfully into your bank account. l
will give you more details only if you will be interested to assist us.
Your suggestions and ideas will be highly appreciated. NOTE: Reply us
urgently through our private email address here
(malik-jacques@Safe-mail.net) for more explanations.

Thanks and best regards.

Yours Sincerely,
MALIK and VODUM.
