"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: GOOD DAY

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Fredrick Kumi, I am 17 years of age, presently in the United States of America.

My mum died when I was 6 years old, my father who was a highly reputable business magnet-(a cocoa merchant) who operated around the world, during his days. It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously in France during one of his business trips abroad in the year of 2009 12th July . Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been done by an uncle of his who traveled with him at that time. But the almighty Lord knows the truth.

I flew to the State 2nd of October 2011 by help of Mr. Ralph Moracco, a man who received my email and decided to be a God father to me and also assist me with my issues concerning my later father’s deposit he made, valued at US$8,750,000.00 (Eight Million, Seven Hundred & Fifty Thousand United States Dollars).

4th October 2011, that was 2 days before my arrival in the States, which was Mr. Ralph Moracco’s 60th birthday, he was so glad I was present on the day of his birthday and unfortunately fell off beside the dining table whiles we were all enjoying the diner with some friends and family of his. He was quickly then rush to the hospital and suddenly died the next day, the report came out that he died of heart attack.

I am so sad and really don’t know the way forward for me at this very moment since the only person I know and came to here in the States is gone. I am now living with the daughter in Texas Houston to be precise.

All I need now is someone who is honest that I can trust and will not betray me on my issue relating to my inheritance from my later father.

May the almighty Lord prosper you and see you through your problems as you give me a positive reply.

Call: 001281-581-7343

Thank you so much.

Yours sincere,
Fredrick Kumi
