"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

which i will send you picture of those men as soon as i hear from you.
Did you send anyone on your behalf to come and represent you claim your
fund? If not please follow the instruction of this bank.
 
NOTE: for security reasons, the office code to this office is CBN833,
because of the fact that a lot of people has been using the name of
this honorable office to scam people, so any email you receive without
this office code, it is not from this office and pay no attention to such
email, kindly forward it to my office.
So my advice to you is that you should NOT make any payment to anyone
even to me concerning your payment claim as i the Governor of this bank
has fix a program for you to receive your Inheritance/Contract fund
without any hindrance. You are also advised to re-confirm to this
office your information's below for immediate proceedings of your
payment.
