conversation you may have had with Prof Charles Soludo, the former CBN
Governor at the past and including those contacting you presently by
impersonating themselves to be me on my behalf of which they are not and
also using that as an avenue to extort money from you innocently thinking
they are the one in charge for the processing and release of your contract
inheritance payment to you which I want you to know categorically now that
they are just impostor's and not a legal Central Bank of Nigeria officials
as they claimed to be.

However, as the newly sworn President of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN),
this is to officially inform you that, its my legal duty and official
responsibility now as the elected CBN Governor to process your abandoned
contract inheritance master payment file with contract
no:(#AV/NNPC/FGN/MIN/0010) in your favor to enable you receive your funds
immediately without further delays but before this whole arrangement can
be concluded successfully as planed, there are RULES & REGULATION
PROTOCOLS OF SERVICE which you have to abide too accordingly as the sole
bonafide owner of this particular (E-MAIL ID) we use in contacting you now
been our service code of conduct we use before your approved contract
inheritance abandoned payment can be process and release to you as the
beneficiary.

Prior to this notification, this is your new PAYMENT PROCESSING CLEARANCE

if you still want more information about the immediate release of your
payment, I will advise you to call me immediately for more detailed
information, because I don't want you to get into the hand of the wrong
people, so make sure you don't make mistake and follow my instruction.


Once again, We apologies wholeheartedly, for the unnecessary delay of your
payment not getting to you on time and also the inconveniences and inflict
that the previous sacked governor and is partners might have indulge you
through. However, we were having some minor technical problems with our
Central Information Data Base Payment System Hard Disk, at the past which
was the opportunity the former sacked CBN Governor in the person of Prof
Charles Soludo and is associate used against you by trying to divert your
contract inheritance fund into an unknown bank account belonging to their
partner in your country which is inexplicable, and have held us stranded

accrediting foreign contract payments to their due owner's.
