Investigation and discovered that Mr. Gilbert M. Reain did not declare any next of kin or relations in all his official documents, including his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank.



I am an insider and also the chief Database Analyst manager of this branch I can not claim this fund because of my position and this fund should be claim by a foreigner as next of kin to late Eng Gilbert M. Reain





My proposal is that I want to seek your consent as a foreigner to stand
